Hi, I'm Sophia Ragavelas - The Musical Mentor

I’m a performer with over 25 years of experience, and I’ve been fortunate enough to work in some of the most iconic West End shows like Les Misérables, Mamma Mia!, Cats, and West Side Story. I know exactly what it’s like to face nerves before an audition, struggle with self-doubt, and feel the pressure to perform perfectly. I’ve been there, and I’ve learned how to turn those challenges into opportunities for growth.

Now, I’m here to pass along the tools, techniques, and mindset shifts that helped me thrive in this industry. My mission is simple: to help performers build confidence, develop mental resilience, and navigate the ups and downs of this incredible, yet challenging, career.
